Coaching experiential educators, leaders and change-makers in independent schools is important for making time to reflect upon our lives, our work and our wellbeing to take care of ourselves and those around us.
1:1 Coaching A coach works 1 on 1 with an educator over a given period of time to explore realities, identify obstacles and take steps to move forward. |
Group Coaching A group of people exploring an issue, working on their individual goals, and gaining support from the group through sharing and dialogue. |
Team Coaching A team who works together on a project and/or may want to create a vision, action plan or program; address team dynamics and deal with conflict or improve ways of working together. |

Sarah is an ICF accredited coach, certified with the UBC Organizational Coaching program. Sarah has over 125 hours of coach training and over 100 hours of coaching experience. Sarah is passionate about coaching experiential educators, helping them define their WHY, align their values with their actions, and navigate the challenges of experiential education in schools.
